The King Directs Relevant Agencies to Respond Firmly and Strike with an Iron Fist Against Anyone Who Dares to Tamper with the Unity of Jordanians

Al-Taj News – His Majesty King Abdullah II directed the relevant agencies to respond firmly and strike with an iron fist against outlaws and anyone who dares to tamper with the unity of Jordanians, stressing the need to pursue and hold accountable, under the force of the law, everyone who supported or justified this act.

His Majesty called for citizens to be informed of the latest developments in the investigation as they occur, and for a firm response to rumors and misleading information that may exploit this crime to spread fear and discord.

His Majesty the King also stressed the importance of preparing a comprehensive security assessment of the mechanism for dealing with the terrorist act and coming up with practical measures that enhance security readiness to proactively confront any similar attempts, pointing to the need to enforce the rule of law and the authority of the state.

His Majesty directed the government and the relevant institutions to review policies for combating extremist ideology and intensify efforts to dry up its sources within a systematic plan, in coordination with religious authorities.
